"Art and Movement" is a Parent-Child interaction for one hour in creative play. This class is designed for ages 18-36 months and supports fine motor skills and cognitive development skills. Class agenda: art project, movement, song, story time, and 'show and tell' with a different theme each month. Classes will be in BLDG 7492 ACS Annex.
Class information for attending in-person: As of June 1, 2021, we are following the current recommendations from Public Health regarding direct or face-to-face services. Parents and children over 2 years old are requested to wear masks during class if not fully vaccinated. We are encouraging families to participate using at least 6 feet of social distancing during classes, however, we realize that this is challenging with young children. Do your best to maintain distance if possible.
If you or your family members are ill or have any symptoms, please stay home, get well and join us next month. Please note that families are at a somewhat increased risk of exposure when choosing to participate in face-to-face services. We have designed our classes to include handwashing/cleaning stations. Please feel free to step away from the activities at any time to wash hands or use hand sanitizer.
